The rules, in plain English
No small print worth hiding
- 1 credit = 1 full lesson
- A credit is spent only when a real lesson is delivered. A no-show on our side, or a cancellation inside the allowed window, costs nothing.
- 24 hours to reschedule free
- Move a lesson up to 24 hours before it starts at no cost. Inside that window the credit is used, because the teacher’s time was held.
- Credits last 12 months
- Credits stay valid for a year from purchase, and unused ones carry over into a new package bought before they expire.
- The same teacher, every week
- Consistency is the point. The academy keeps a student with their teacher, so lessons compound instead of restarting.
