Is the demo lesson really free?
Yes - every new student gets one free demo lesson with a real teacher, recorded and summarised like any other. No card required.
Which exam boards do you cover?
British boards (Cambridge, Edexcel, AQA, OCR) and international qualifications including the IB. See all curriculums.
Credits & billing
What exactly is a credit?
Credits are the academy’s prepaid balance. Most lessons cost 1 credit; A‑Level lessons cost 1.5. Credits are only spent when a real lesson is delivered - never for a no-show on our side or a cancellation made more than 24 hours ahead. See credit packages.
How long do credits last?
Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase, and any unused credits carry over into a new package bought before they expire.
Recordings & progress
Can we see how our child is doing?
Yes - a monthly progress report compiles attendance, topics covered and quiz results, and a named manager oversees quality. See student results.
Safety & account
How do you keep lessons safe?
Teachers never see a student's personal contact details, lessons are recorded, and chat plus recordings are scanned for any attempt to move contact off-platform.
